Getting Started

This project called for a two color back design with a single color front chest logo. The first step in this project was to get the art setup to print. We had to vectorize the image before we could do anything.

Underbase

With the art vectorized we could now get the art setup for printing. We ended putting a 1.5pt choke to the areas that would later receive the red ink.

Test Print

We use some clear transfer tape on our plattens to check the alignment of the prints. First put the transfer tape down onto the plattens then do your first print. Then take another peice of clear transfer tape and coverup the first print. This way when you put your next color down you can see if everything lines up and not get ink all over the place.

Production Time

With the art all setup and everything aligned....it is time to start production.
